- Phase 1: Undertake a Comprehensive feasibility study for the transaction
- Phase 2: Provide advisory services to the procurement conclusion of the transaction.
Required Document:
- Global Ranking of the Transaction Advisors (TA) in any of the globally recognized league tables during the last 05 years
- Proof of Registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department
- Details of At Least 02 Real Estate Transaction Advisory Projects of over PKR 05 billion Executed by the TA during the last 10 years
- TA and any Other Associated Members haven’t Been blacklisted by any government departments and public Sector Organizations
- The last 03 years of the audit report
